All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include VAT unless otherwise specified.

Available payment methods are shown in the online store and may include card payment, Vipps, or other secure payment solutions.

Prepayment

All orders at Raappana Knivmakeri require 100% prepayment.

This applies to:

• standard products

• handmade knives

• custom orders

Production and order processing will only begin once payment has been received.

Handmade Products

Products from Raappana Knivmakeri are handmade and often made to order.

This means that:

• each product is unique

• materials and finish may vary slightly

• minor deviations from images and descriptions may occur

Order Confirmation

Once your order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

It is important that you check:

• product selection

• any customisations

• price

If anything is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Conclusion of the Agreement

The agreement between the buyer and the seller is binding once the order has been received and confirmed.

In the event of obvious errors in pricing or information, we reserve the right to correct or cancel the order.

Cancellation

For standard products, the order may be cancelled before the item has been shipped.

For handmade and custom-made products, the following applies:

• production starts after payment

• cancellation after work has begun cannot be guaranteed to be refunded

• costs for materials and work performed may be charged

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Late Payment

Orders that have not been paid will not be processed.

Raappana Knivmakeri reserves the right to cancel unpaid orders.
